Hinge 1627, incl. RC2/RC3 equipment

Unique hinges designed to be used for RC2 and RC3 entry doors according to SS EN 1627. The hinge has built in Break-in Protection 1627 and combined with Industrilas patented Break-in Protection for the latch side of the door (5-700-02 & 5-700-03) your door is ready to be certified SS EN 1627 RC2 or RC3, depending on number of hinges and Break-in protections mounted. Hinges are equipped with hinge pin in hardened steel and the rolled part of the hinge is welded.

Adjustability in two dimensions guarantee a perfect fit of your door and eliminate door sag.

Low profile roof ventilator

The Low profile roof vent gives a shallower option of the Le Man Vent. Available in a choice of Black or White, 12V or 24V and a selection on accessories, such as the speed control, switch, internal valves and grilles and snow filters. This Product is EMC Approved.

Le Mans ventilator

The Le Mans Vents are the last word in motorized roof ventilation. Available in a choice of Black or White, 12V or 24V and a selection on accessories, such as the speed control, switch, internal valves and grilles and snow filters. This product is EMC Approved.

Winglet ventilator

The standard mounting of the winglet suits a roof thickness of 1-17mm. Other mounting sets are available on request. This vent requires a roof cut out of Ø 80mm. The Winglet comes complete with the open and close valve. These products are EMC Approved.

The inner grille is designed to fit with the Le Mans and Low Profile motorized vents. The simple yet stylish design provides protection from the blades of the vent whilst allowing smooth and continuous airflow. A must for any animal transit vehicle. V12 Inner Valve

The V12 Inner Valve is able to be opened and closed either manually or electrically. The valve is available in white and grey, we can also offer the facility to add automatic open and close with the Thermo Actuator. This product is designed to fit the Le Mans Vent range.

The Three-way switch is designed to operate with the electric ventilation systems. On-Off-On switch pattern with a choice of smooth rocker style motion or traditional push switch style motion.

Speed control

The Speed Control Unit was developed to adjust the rotational speed of a direct current motor (or the light current of an electric bulb) by means of the regulation of the voltage. The adjusting range is between 0 and 100% of the rotation speed (or light capacity). This runs at 10-30V and is encased in waterproof housing.

For application in roof top ventilators of vehicles, which are used in surroundings where it is possible that snow will be found in the air intake. For use with Low Profile Round Vent and the Le Mans Vent.
