Aurélie Vasseur joins Industrilas France as Managing Director

Meet Aurélie Vasseur, our new Managing Director for Industrilas France.

With more than 20 years of experience in international sales, business development, key account management and market expansion, Aurélie Vasseur has joined Industrilas France as Managing Director. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening Industrilas’ position in the French market, developing customer relationships and building on the strong foundation already in place. 

 

A strong background in international sales 

Aurélie describes herself as a sales and business development person through and through. Over the years, she has worked with customers, teams and markets across Europe, North America, South America and India, gaining broad experience from different cultures and ways of doing business. 

Her career has focused on building teams, developing markets and creating structure where there is potential to grow. She also speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian and some Portuguese, which has supported her work in international environments. 

“I love to identify the levers for growth and transform opportunities into success,” Aurélie says. 

 

A global perspective on business 

Having spent much of her career working internationally, Aurélie believes that understanding different cultures is an important part of building strong business relationships. For her, international experience is not only about markets and sales. It is also about listening, learning and adapting to the way people work in different parts of the world. 

“When you spend time in different countries, you come back with another perspective,” she says. “You learn to listen, to understand and to stay humble.

That perspective is something she brings with her into her new role at Industrilas France, where local market knowledge and close customer relationships will be key to continued growth. 

 

Developing Industrilas France further 

Aurélie sees strong potential in the French market and believes the next step is about structure, focus and local presence. Together with the team, she will work closely with customers, develop key sectors and create a clear action plan for continued growth. 

She compares the work ahead to preparing for an expedition. 

“If you want to reach the top of Mont Blanc, you don’t just start walking,” she says. “You prepare. You choose the route. You pack the right things. You plan the expedition. That is how you reach the goal.” 

 

A leadership style built on trust and teamwork 

For Aurélie, business development and leadership go hand in hand. She believes that strong results are built through communication, trust and teamwork. 

“The most important word is team,” she says. “Alone, you can do nothing. Together, we are stronger.” 

Her leadership style is based on respect, openness and giving people room to grow. She believes in listening to the team, sharing ideas and creating an environment where people feel involved and motivated. 

“You can be a manager, a mentor, a coach and a leader,” Aurélie says. “You have to listen. You have to respect people. And when you have talents in your team, you have to help them grow.” 

 

Looking ahead 

Aurélie joins Industrilas with strong knowledge of the French market and a clear ambition to help develop the company’s presence further. With her international experience, people-first leadership style and strong drive for business development, she brings valuable expertise to the Industrilas organisation. 

As she begins her new role, Aurélie looks forward to working with colleagues across the group and contributing to the continued development of Industrilas France.
