A Solid Swing
One key aspect of having a sealed and easily operated enclosure is to make sure the right hinges are applied to the solution. For example, a small and lightweight door that only needs to be opened 90° needs one type of hinge, while a large, heavy door that needs to be opened 150° needs something completely different.

Industrilas Vision™
Function and style
Industrilas Vision™ is a family of multipoint latching systems. The elegant appearance and vast number of functional properties make the system a perfect fit for Power Distribution applications. You choose the components that suit your application, and we guarantee they work together.
Vision solutions can be installed inside or outside the sealed area and are certified according to IP standards and GR-487. If you desire, there is also a handle that is break-in and vandalism certified RC2, according to EN 1627.
When you combine the Vision system with Industrilas hinges and sealing profiles, you get a secure solution that is durable and will be a joy to operate for many years to come.

Industrilas Vision™ Inside
Vision Inside latching system is mounted inside the sealed area and provides smooth compression and latching. When you use a Vision Swing Handle the solution meet the requirements of IP65.

Vision Outside is the industry leading multipoint system for high quality applications. It is especially developed for electrical enclosures that require absolute protection against the elements.

Industrilas Vision™ Outside Classic
The system is mounted outside the sealing area. When the swing handle is turned to close, the upper flat rod is moving upwards and the lower rod downwards.

Industrilas Vision™ Heavy-Duty
Vision Heavy-duty is designed for low and medium voltage applications that has a risk of electric arc explosions. The system makes it possible to operate locking points along several sides of a door.

The classic Vision system where you choose a handle for the outside and combine it with a cam and round rods on the inside.

Industrilas Vision™ Handles
Vision systems can be operated with all Vision handles, you simply choose the one that suits you and your application best. There are handle options that are certified IP65, IP66 and IP69K.
Hinges and Profiles

External Hinges
There are a multitude of versions of external hinges, from the traditional and fixed type, to more advanced ones that are adjustable in three directions. They can be mounted both flat or angled and are available in several materials.

Concealed Hinges
Concealed hinges are chosen for functional or aesthetic reasons. The hinge is placed on the inside of the door and frame and you need to open the door to have access to it.

Quarter-turns
The range and possible adaptations of quarter-turns are endless, making them the perfect fit for many customers. Industrilas offers everything from regular quarter-turns for simple applications, to stainless steel versions. Quarter-turns can have compression functions as well as being water- and dustproof.

Sealing Profiles
All Industrilas EPDM clip-on profiles are certified according to UL94HB. And if needed, we can provide profiles in materials with even higher fire resistance classifications.

Door Retainers
Door retainers are used to hold a door or hatch in an open position. They are most often used to minimize damage to hinges and frame, or to ensure that a door cannot slam shut and injure people.

Drawing Pockets
Drawing pocket for A4-documents. Self-adhesive - or mounted with screws through 6 mm holes. Made from impact resistant plastic and the standard colour is grey. Imprinted company logotype, as well as other colours, are available on request.
