Industrilas switches to climate effective zinc
Today, July 1st, Magnus Wrigell assumes the position of CEO at Industrilas Sweden, the largest hub within the Industrilas Group. He succeeds Stefan Karlsson, who retires after nine years as CEO.
"I am very pleased to welcome Magnus as the CEO of Industrilas Sweden. He possesses all the qualities needed to continue our development and lead us into even more markets and countries. At the same time, I want to thank Stefan for his contributions over nine years. Stefan’s impact on Industrilas is immeasurable. He has been a guiding star for the development in Nässjö and our global expansion. My family, all our employees, and I thank you and wish you a wonderful retirement,” says Fredrik Mölzer, CEO and owner of Industrilas Group.
THE JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN
After several years at international companies in China, Magnus Wrigell joined Industrilas in 2018 as the Executive Manager for the China operations. Since then, Magnus's role has expanded to become the Chief Operating Officer for Asia and joining the Group Executive Team.
“Industrilas is a Småland success story, where the growth curve has been steady from the start. We will continue to grow, and I am very excited to spread our brand and solutions to even more countries. We are the same Industrilas across the world, where our employees are the key to leading us towards our vision – to be the best partner for our customers on the path to a sustainable tomorrow,” says Magnus.
NINE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT
When Stefan joined Industrilas in 2015, one of the employees declared that Industrilas would never succeed in filling the factory space at that time, believing it was large enough for eternity. That prediction proved to be wrong.
“Yes, with the new factory in place, it’s gratifying to look back at that comment. It has been an incredible journey over these years. But what I am most proud of is the atmosphere at Industrilas and how we work together. It’s the teamwork behind our successes, and the sense that nothing is impossible at Industrilas. I want to extend a big thank you to all our employees,” says Stefan.
