Congratulations Fredrik Mölzer – regional finalist in EY Entrepreneur Of The Year!

We are thrilled and honoured to announce that Industrilas Group's CEO, Fredrik Mölzer, is one of the regional finalists in EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025. After an extensive nominating process and several interviews, Fredrik is one of the nominees for the Swedish regional final that will take place November 4th. The winner will then move on to the national finals. 

Fredrik shares his own words and thoughts about being nominated and reflects back on how far Industrilas has come since the start in the 1980s.

“It feels both incredible and, of course, truly exciting. For me, entrepreneurship isn’t about a title, it’s about people. People who believe in something, who dare to take chances, and who have the strength to keep going even when the road gets tough. I grew up surrounded by locks, hinges, and ideas in a garage in Nässjö. That’s where I learned two important things early on: do the job properly and give people the opportunity to grow. Those words have stayed with me ever since.”
