1. All handles used in the Klima-flex 1 system fit doors that swing inwards and outwards. They are available with tool-locking, padlocking, cylinder locking or nonlocking options. One of the ingenious aspects of Klima-flex is that the handles can be attached to the HVAC unit after it has been delivered to its destination.
2. The latching units are available for two different cut-outs: Combi and K-Flex. Certain cams may be adjusted along the length of latching units with a threaded shaft.
3. The Klima-flex 1 roller cams are designed for quick and easy mounting and reduce friction in the latching operation and increase gasket compression. They are available in several sizes and shapes.
4. Several products may be used for inside options. Important for pressurized systems is the safety catch that prevents the door from flying open without control. For walk-in HVAC units, inside emergency handles should be installed. Options also include components for multi-point latching.

• The last step of the process is to choose proper accessories, like sealing profiles, inspection windows and clamps to connect the HVAC unit sections.

• There are Klima-flex 2 handles that also fit Klima-flex 1 latching points.
• An external latching point may be used with a frame-mounted striker – for a completely surface-mounted latch. In order to reach sufficient compression, the striker is adjustable. The latching point may be combined with all Klima-flex 1 and 2 handles.
