WELCOMING PER ANDERSSON – OUR NEW HR MANAGER
Per Andersson outside the Industrilas' Head Office in Nässjö.“I am motivated by progress and by seeing people grow. Being part of a journey where individuals develop, take on new challenges and contribute in new ways is one of the most rewarding parts of working in HR.”
With broad experience from several industries and a strong interest in both people and business, Per Andersson now steps into a role where he will support employees and managers while contributing to the company’s continued development.
A background shaped by people and business
Per began his professional journey in sales and marketing, where he spent several years working closely with customers and business development. Wanting to broaden his perspective, he later studied Human Resources and working life at Växjö University. Since then, he has built a long and varied career in HR, working in both public and private organisations, family-owned companies, larger groups and, most recently, as an interim consultant.
“I have always had a strong interest in people. Understanding what drives them, where they come from and how they think is something I find genuinely fascinating. At the same time, I have always carried a strong interest in business, and for me, HR has always been about combining those two perspectives and contributing to real business value,” Per says.
Joining Industrilas at the right time
What drew him to Industrilas was the company’s development, long-term perspective and the opportunity to be part of a business that continues to move forward.
“When I learned more about Industrilas and the phase the company is in, I felt that this was exactly the kind of environment I had been hoping to return to. I have followed the company’s development from a distance and I am very impressed by what has been built here. I feel both grateful and inspired to be part of the continued journey,” he says.
Building trust from the start
Per describes his first time at Industrilas as both intensive and positive, and says he has been met with curiosity, warmth and a strong willingness to include him from the start.
“In the beginning, it is very much about getting to know the organisation, understanding the people in it and building trust. That is the foundation. When trust is in place, you can create real value both for the individual and for the organisation,” Per says.
We warmly welcome Per to Industrilas.
