Fredrik Mölzer to compete in the national final of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Sweden 2025 on March 19

Following an extensive nomination process and his win in the East Regional Final, Fredrik Mölzer, CEO of Industrilas Group, has now advanced to the national final of EY Entrepreneur of the Year Sweden 2025. He is one of six finalists in the category Young Entrepreneurship of the Year. The award ceremony will take place at Stockholm City Hall on March 19.

“For me, growth is a way of creating value for society, our customers and our employees. Every new employment mark the beginning of a journey, and Industrilas should be a workplace where people grow, both professionally and personally. It is a great honour that the Industrilas journey is being recognised in this way by EY Entrepreneur of the Year,” says Fredrik Mölzer.

The journey has only just begun

Fredrik Mölzer quite literally grew up in the family business Industrilas, first in the family garage in Nässjö and later in the factory, where he spent summers and weekends. Today, Industrilas Group employs close to 500 people and has production facilities on four continents. The company designs, develops and manufactures access solutions for customers in sectors such as electrical engineering, ventilation and the automotive industry. Around 80 per cent of produced articles are exported.

Under Fredrik’s leadership, sustainability has become a natural part of the business. Industrilas works closely with customers to reduce climate impact and is the first company in the industry to provide carbon reporting at product level.

With an inclusive leadership style and a strong belief in the future, Fredrik continues to lead the company forward, with Nässjö as its base and the world as its market.

About EY Entrepreneur of the Year

EY Entrepreneur of the Year is one of the world’s largest and most prestigious awards for entrepreneurs. The programme is held in around 60 countries, and this year marks the 30th anniversary of the Swedish edition.

Following in-depth interviews with the entrepreneurs and regional finals held during autumn 2025, six finalists have been selected in each of the four award categories. In addition to the main award, prizes are presented in the categories Entrepreneurial Winning Women, Young Entrepreneurship of the Year and Best International Growth. The winner of the main award, EY Entrepreneur of the Year Sweden, goes on to represent Sweden at the world final in Monaco in May.

The winners are selected by an independent jury made up of leading representatives from Swedish business and entrepreneurship. The national finalists are assessed based on four criteria: influence, purpose, entrepreneurial spirit and growth.
