After eight years working as Scandinavian Sales Manager at an enclosure and access hardware company, David Mellin decided to explore new opportunities. His thoughts wandered to well-know Industrilas, and the first person David called was Fredrik Mölzer, CEO of Industrilas Group. And just like David was familiar with us and our market, Fredrik was well aware of David and his competence. So, the decision to welcome him to Industrilas was an easy one.
“I am happy to be at Industrilas and use the knowledge and experience the industry has brought me during my career. Everyone is so welcoming here and I already feel like a part of the team”, David says.
As Industrilas new Technical Inside Sales and Project Leader, David works closely with the sales force and is the first point of contact towards multiple sales representatives around the world. His role involves assisting the representatives with technical questions, finding solutions for customers’ problems, calculating projects together with the Design department and presenting quotes to the customers. David is very thorough and is driven by always delivering high quality to the customers. His solution-oriented way of meeting the customers’ questions and requirements makes him the right man for the job.
“The key to success is to collaborate, listen and understand. I joined a team where everyone can talk to each other, and the openness that exist here is an excellent tool for further development. It is important for me to be able to communicate with everyone in the organisation as that leads to faster answers and solutions for our customers. I find that new ideas are always welcomed here, and I appreciate that immensely”, David finishes.
